• Support the implementation team with alignment to Business Requirements during project phase
• Manage the FSD preparation
• Manage RFC/SOW preparation
• Manage/Prepare RFAs
• Manage/Prepare TCOs
• Assist in BRD creation
• Assist the Solution Architects in preparing documents required by the EA
• Coordination in System Testing where required
• Ensure proper governance of the testing scope in alignment to original requirementsDemand Collaboration:
• Able to engage businesses stakeholders in conversation and requirement gathering and analysis
• Able to engage with Technical stakeholders in conveying requirements and solutioning
• Experience and thorough understanding of digital life cycle and projects; from design to build and support
• Experience in managing digital projects; Websites, ecommerce, Mobile Apps
• Emphasis on customer experience and drive to improve processes
• Able to document requirements clearly and thoroughly using various tools; FSD, User Story, or BRDs
• Support the implementation team with alignment to Business Requirements during project phase
• RFC/SOW preparation/ coordination
