• Utilize online survey capability for research projects – to develop it as a viable data collection method for Etisalat research studies.
• Conduct primary market research studies covering both Consumer and B2B to enhance market and customer understanding.
• Conduct briefing sessions with marketing users to collect research requirements and set clear expectations for research deliverables
• Work closely with the external research agencies with regard to field team trainings, project quality control, scheduling, logistics etc.
• Manage the full research cycle from identification of research objectives to delivery of statistically reliable results
