• Preparation of Presentation for SVP for various C level reviews.
• Maintaining relevant data points to ensure sales team has up to date customer related information to enable them to sell / upsell.
• All customer information to be managed effectively in various systems (Portfolio Management etc) and report Revenue and KPI as required.
• Ensuring all customers Letter of Authorization in up to date in the system.
• Supporting team during events and managing all internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the CRM is up to date with the correct information as per the current portfolio approved by the management
• Adhoc Projects depending on the bandwidth of the volume should be volunteered so as to support the management in the successful completion of the project.
• Managing and Updating customer related documents based on TDRA requirement.
