• Motivate and coach sales team; responsible for the sales team development
• Set targets for all sales managers under management
• Builds, Manages and executes a global sales specific strategy and is responsible for managing, monitoring and ensuring the ongoing performance and achievement of Sales targets for his/her segment
• Establishes and maintains solid relationships with the CXO/Top Management of focus customers within the segment.
• Builds and Leverages relationships and proposes major business opportunities that can ensure growth and market share.
• Drive increase in sales of global digital products along with global core telecom products
• Manage annual account volume and wallet share
• Plan and ensure compliance to budget
• Track performance of sales team and ensure target achievement
• Lead sales calls and review key metrics including pipeline, order book and win rate for sales managers
• Prioritize service requests from segment to Service Delivery Managers.
• Keeps a tab on all competitor activities and suggests discounts/approvals for key customers depending on the retention strategy used and Oversees all daily
• sales and service activities and manages interface with all related department.
• Set targets and objectives for team and provide prioritization in line with company strategy
• Maintains, supports and improves Client Director’s/Sales Manager’s relationships with top level enterprise customers and works as an integral support in the winning of major business opportunities
