• Support on strategy implementation and ongoing business performance
• Understand the market context, collate requirements/feedback and launch projects accordingly
• Enable effective and efficient execution by implementing best practices identified across markets
• Project manage large cross functional initiatives related to strategic priorities to drive impact and improve Customer, Captain and In App Experience
• Stakeholder management: Collaborate with a wider range of stakeholders including Legal, Marketing, Design, PR, Care, other verticals, and 3rd party partners
• Generate creative solutions, accounting for long-term benefits. Identify adjacent problem and/or opportunity areas
• Execution and implementation of new policies, processes and features
• Voice of Captain and Customer: Be the voice of Customer and Captain in all conversations to ensure experience is at the center of all decision making. What you'll need
• Relevant Master's education background, especially MBA, Strategy, Management, Economics, Finance or Computer Science / Engineering from a top-tier academic institution
