• Leadership in the successful realization of gala events, conferences, banquets, events and catering, including station scheduling and service letters
• Implementation of standards and ensuring the highest possible guest satisfaction
• Responsible for material planning and orders
• Conducting employee reviews, motivating the team
• Coordination of the entire banquet area to ensure a smooth process
• Responsible for the banquet service process and the operative banquet office
