• Updates payroll information for monthly payrolls in SAP payroll system for new employees and as per policy
• Updates leave and attendance records in SAP payroll system to ensure those are accurately maintained in the system with required documentation and back up
• Updates & Maintains employee records in SAP payroll system for earnings and deductions such as unauthorized absences, lateness and unpaid leave
• Ensures timely transfer of all elements to pay to the bank, meeting strict payroll deadlines
• Prepare Final Settlement as per Local Laws
• Maintains an appropriate and systematic filing system for payroll records
• Generates regular payroll reports through the system
• Issues promotion, increment, salary certificates and other letters for employees as per employee request – to be removed
• Acts as a custodian of critical employee payroll data and maintains confidentiality
Self-Management:
• Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year
• Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and agreeing on the individual development plan which goes beyond just training and development
• Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth
