Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Adding Promotion Letter for special cases, Amendment of Pricing , T&C, Payment Plan Amendment, Sales Offers, Reject & release for rebooking in case required to change main buyer of booked unit System issues/errors, Adding Parking & Storage, discounts & rebates application & eligibility.
• Inventory Naming , review area as per JOPD with coordination with design team to ensure it is updated, pricing update, Maintaining & updating Master, Cancel Bin Management, Tracking Promo eligibility, Control form for Sold attribute changes, Layout Maintenance and Update, Review Restriction, Allocation & marketing campaigns, review parking with CRM once buildings are completed and confirm sold parking of each unit.
• Review Booking with non-approved status (Reserved, ARF- Pending Approval, Review token payment, Review DP, Review non-executed deals for DLD cut of
• Inventory Availability, Movement of Inventory as per strategic plans, Re-instatement of rejected unit, Unit Rejection for re-booking, Review & updated price for upgrades, update booking types, coordinate for required waivers, Direct Release of Inventory as per company policy
• Booking Dubai Units by London Team, Egypt Booking review.
• Set up promotion with applicable T&C and liaise with IT to make it live as per approvals, Layout Request, Circulation of Sales Policies and Promotions, Circulation of Sales launches & Teasers, Creating campaign in sales force, Updating type, marketing name & pricing, Allocation of Units HOD/RM level, Releasing the Inventory for booking.
• Review approval Create upgrade batch once entry unit booked for allocation of payment and share waiver/ undertaking letter with sales team and follow up till all required docs 7 DP is paid for entry unit o order to start DR process of exit unit
