What you will be doing:

- You will ensure the legitimacy and accuracy of the account payable ageing balances. You will ensure a continual credit control is kept on all in-house guests and necessary action is instigated.
- You will ensure that the FOCUS control procedures are conducted, adhered to and meet the target objectives
- You will prepare payable vouchers and initiate payment process in due time.
- You will perform all accounts payable sub-ledger bookings and will verify that accounts payable sub-ledger and general ledger balances are matching.
