• Support the L&D Manager to meet objectives & deadlines.
• According to level of access, and under direction of L&D Manager, effectively utilise the Learning Management and the Talent Management System when required.
• Complete administrative tasks assigned by the L&D Manager.
• Create visually appealing presentations & training content.
• Assisting with meeting minutes if required and creating certificates.
• Prepare & send weekly/monthly reports to the business.
• Assist in completing Learning Needs Analysis, creation of questionnaires and assisting Gender Equality project.
• Manage cross-training/training requests and L&D Teamsite.
• Prepare monthly training activity reports and summary training hours report.
• Raise purchase requisitions & follow up on payment to suppliers.
• Communicate information regarding training events in a timely and professional manner to ensure the business is kept up to date about training and development activities.
• Curate content for L&D posts on Yammer and actively assist Axonify administration part.
• Assisting Grooming Standard spot-checks.
• Represent the L&D Team at internal and external meetings/workshops when authorised by the L&D Manager
Support the Human Resources team on tasks when necessary.
