• Monitor and delegate daily task control sheets to staff as per each Hotels standard
• Ensure that staff complete the required number of Room Credits delegated to them
• Handle any escalations or issues such as lost and found items, guest complaints, staff issues
• Report any major issues to the Operations Coordinators
• Report any unusual guest behaviors or activities to the Hotel Supervisor on site as per each Hotels
• Assist with cleaning rooms when required
• Conduct spot checks and audits on the staff as well as the cleanliness of the Hotel rooms & Public Areas
• Monitor staff attitude and staff productivity
