Job Description
Finance Executive
- Passing entries in system for the designated heads and review of GL to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Taking full responsibility for all accounting matters for certain designated entities
- Preparation of schedules for P&L and Balance Sheet
- Assisting Finance Head in completion of Annual Audit
- Taking full responsibility of accounts for leases and liaison with mall management on routine accounting matters
- Process enhancement for improving productivity and efficiency
- Supervision of payroll accounting
- Assisting Finance Head in renewal of Company s insurance policies and providing information as required
- Ad hoc work as required from time to time
Requirements
Experience (Yrs & Field): 5+ years
Educational Qualification: Graduate
Professional Certifications : Diploma/Degree in Accounting, CA, ICCA
Skills & Abilities Advanced knowledge of Excel/MS office packages and accounting software packages, preferably ERP, SAP, VAT filing
Skills:
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision
