• You'll be responsible for ensuring that the highest standard of customer service is delivered to 100,000 daily passengers, 24 hours a day, through a team of dedicated service professionals. You will lead and inspire them to deliver a world-class passenger experience, through every aspect of the passenger journey- arrival, departure and connection.
• You'll be accountable for all stakeholder relationships, fostering relationships with airlines, government authorities and support service entities ensuring delivery of the Dubai Airports strategic vision is driven across all service partners
• You'll oversee the operations of the assigned terminal, ensuring safety and security is of utmost importance at all times, monitoring all operational policies and procedures, effectively dealing with any disruption and minimizing the impact on the customer experience
