Requirements
The intern will be responsible for:
- Developing content, tools and cooperation proposals for industry and seasonal events
- Creating presentations around activity concepts and content to serve for acquisition, discussion and inspiration of brand partnerships
- Establishing, implementing and supporting the brands events calendar, working and follow-up files for the teams
- Assisting the teams pre, during and post events (guest management, logistics, operations, communication, information and material management)
- Attending work events on behalf of the brand includes evenings
- Providing outstanding communication and service through all related client-to-business communication channels (incl. phone, email, live-chat, social media) to meet the clients and consumer needs in today s multi-connected world
