Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Adherence to all At the Top policies and procedures, code of conduct, Health, Safety and Security procedures including Evacuation and Emergency.
• Providing exceptional service, resulting in positive customer experience.
• Managing tours and hosting activities, ticket sales, crowd control and lift operations.
• Displays an active understanding of landmarks, attractions, visitor activities in Dubai as a tourist destination and proactively promoting the same and At the Top – Burj Khalifa and its other products and services to create up-sell opportunities.
