• Responsible for the daily operations of the reception desk during Management office operation times.
• Follow company & departmental safety & security policies & procedures to ensure a clean, safe & secure environment.
• Answer the telephone within three rings in the correct manner & give clear & friendly response to all queries.
• Attend to waiting guests as quickly as possible & actively listen & respond positively to questions, concerns & requests.
• Provide administrative support to the Management office
