Job Description
- Achieving sales targets and monitoring category performance.
- Driving sales promotions and ensuring execution within the store.
- Increase sales margins and controlling operating costs.
- Maintaining proper product mix and handling local procurement of goods in line with sales.
- Improve in-store display rentals and other incomes from vendors.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels as per category standards.
- Ensuring minimal stock ageing and liquidation of ageing stocks.
- Establishing proper stock availability, replenishment and display in the allocated categories.
- Monitoring merchandise display and pricing standards as per guidelines.
- Analyzing stock movement status, sell-through and make necessary plans to boost e-commerce sales through the outlet.
- Training the team for achieving exceptional customer service levels.
- Handling customer feedback and grievances in the store.
- Ensuring process controls on returns and refunds within the category.
- Team management and roster scheduling.
- Optimum utilization of manpower as per store requirements.
- Building career growth plans and development needs for the team.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience in handling one or more withina big or medium size store directly handling a team size of 10 or more people.
- Experience catogeries- Electronics, Consumer Durable, Toys, Sports & Fitness, Fashion & Lifestyle,Home D cor & Furnishings,Kitchen,Home Accessories, washing & Cleaning Equipment/Tools,Baby & Kids.
- Graduation is a must.
- Candidates with 5-6 years of relevant retail experience.
- Willing to relocate to Qatar.
Relevant work experience in handling one or more within a big or medium size store directly handling a team size of 10 or more people. Experience catogeries- Electronics, Consumer Durable, Toys, Sports & Fitness, Fashion & Lifestyle,Home D cor & Furnishings,Kitchen,Home Accessories, washing & Cleaning Equipment/Tools,Baby & Kids.
