Summary
• Responsible for driving the business applications priorities, with an expertise on Customer Engagement workloads such as Insights, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service.
• Redefining business processes by delivering the next generation of purpose-built, cloud-based business applications aligning to the One Microsoft and Digital Transformation strategy.
• Develop deep competitive insights focused on Customer Engagement workloads
• Establish Microsoft as the Thought Leader in the Business Applications space by building the right partner ecosystem, capturing the mindshare with BDMs through industry relevant business outcomes, engaging with communities and technical influencers and driving adoption of Customer Engagement workloads.
• Orchestrate the Business Applications Global Engagement Programs (Campaign(s)) and amplify by running additional local activities
