• Identifying and act upon opportunities for improvement to work & safety related matters.
• Develop, interpret and follow method statements and procedures in addition to understanding specifications, drawings and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation.
• Co-ordinate work progress with SRM, superintendent, other trades with own department.
• Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for Mechanical Department / Section to ensure compliance with the established standard and procedures.
• Participate in accident investigation, root cause analysis and provide assistance in preparing reports.
• Liaise with invoicers / estimators to ensure that department and commercial targets are synchronized and met.
• Participate in improvement efforts to enhance safety, productivity and quality of the department.
• Develop detailed completion program with manpower loading.
