Senior Business Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Own topics such as captain economic, performance monitoring and reporting processes at Careem and be a single point of contact for financial and operational performance reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
• Support Head of Operations within the Central Ops org in Strategy planning & alignment exercises; refine and bring strategic focus on key and high-impact initiatives, challenge assumptions etc.
• Act as the single point of contact for financial and operational performance, both historical and target-related, across all verticals and regions where Careem is present
• Design, create and facilitate monthly business reviews of Careem leadership team with mountain peaks and help identify focus areas for improvement
• Drive operations strategy for Careem by understanding the macro realities of markets and business lines. This includes, but not limited to, scouting for ideas outside Careem.
• Create business cases and financial models for operations supported by data and analytics.
• Own and Run PMO on key strategic projects within Operations; work with cross functional teams in product, markets and other functions
• Collaborate with a wider range of stakeholders including Product & Tech, Central Strategy, Care, Markets GM, Vertical Owners and support function heads
