• You have high standards across the board - from your work product to the way you lead and engage with others.
• You are able to flex between getting very deep into the details (no task is too small for you) - to presenting and defending findings to our C-suite.
• You use a coaching approach to your team knowing that frequent and transparent conversations are a massive lever for individual and team performance.
