Responsibilities:

• Social Media management and moderation for two platforms:
• Oversees all company social media accounts management
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
• Coordinates social media messaging/content by briefing assets to creative team/agencies and drafting suitable captions Submit calendar for approval to the EMEA Head of Social manager monthly
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedule Partake in all EMEA discussions to adopt best practices for MEA region
• Responding to comments/DMs and routing concerns/customer issues to the right teams
• Tracking Social Media Influencers Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
