Server Assistant

Responsibilities:

• High level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the job.
• Working knowledge of Micros is preferred.
• Proficiency in English enabling conversational communication.
• Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage techniques and trends.
• High attention to detail, strong organization skills, result orientation and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

• Dynamic adaptability and flexibility to the needs of hospitality industry work schedule.
• Be creative in guest engagement and recognition.
• Have basic knowledge in Food & Beverage to serve guests as a Server Assistant, during busy operations.
• Is seen as working hands-on, assists colleagues in crunch times; Walks the talk.
• Performs any additional duties as assigned.
• Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers.
