We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager, for our client, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the operations, working alongside and reporting to the Group Operations Manager.
The client has a small-medium portfolio full of fun, vibrant and energetic venues that operates over the Kingdom and is currently expanding.

Responsibilities for Cluster Restaurant Manager
- Ability to hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees.
- Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing.
- Ability to track stock levels of food, inventory supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering, as necessary.
- To take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.
- Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Process payroll and maintain all relevant records.
- Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards.
- Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel.
Requirements
Diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelors degree in Hospitality preferred.
Has worked in a casual fine-dining restaurant.
Minimum 5 years or more in food and beverage industry experience is required.
Work experience in KSA or GCC is preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card (Baladiya and food safety)
Must have working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent leaderships skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets for multiple locations.
Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
