MEP Technical Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of product and reject water tanks, maintain the log records.
• Maintaining adequate chemicals and critical spares in stock for smooth operations.
• Assist MEP team in PPM and reactive maintenance of water storage tanks, sanitary ware, fixtures, and fittings (taps, Showers, thermostatic mixer valves, cisterns, and others) domestic hot and cold-water systems, pipework’s, drainage systems including pumps and valves.
• Assist in monitoring of daily water consumption, QA and Base Ops flushing activity and maintain the log records.
• Participate in overtime, shift work, out-of-hours, on-call duty works on weekends and public holidays as governed by the necessity to maintain continuity of operation of essential plant and systems.
• Report all near miss, incidents, and accidents, record it, conduct audits, prepare required corrective action or incident reports within 24hrs.
• Ensure CAFMS (Computerized Analysis Facility Management System) is utilized to maintain entire database of all maintenance to provide comprehensive, clear, and complete presentations on project progress and daily activities performance.
