Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver country-specific or regional immigration training sessions for recruiters and other HR stakeholders
• Oversee external partners’ service levels and overall performance to ensure a frustration-free experience for Amazon employees and candidates in the region
• Employ strong pan-MENA immigration experience to identify country-specific immigration considerations and assess case management and filing strategies
• Support the development of a successful MENA immigration program by identifying process improvement opportunities and creating enhanced systems and policies
• Recommend and influence change communications to impacted employees, candidates and other internal stakeholders as a result of regulatory or administrative changes
• Educate internal stakeholders on immigration processes and trends in the region, keep them appraised of any regulatory changes and deliver compliance-driven and business focused solutions
