Assistant Program Manager

Responsibilities:
• Ensure consistency in practices, vocabulary, and framework across teams
• Track business performance, analyze the existing daily operations and enhance the processes to build a more robust eco-system for restaurants.
• Understand the payments related adjustments, build a robust system-based adjustment scrutiny process.
• Deep dive into all restaurant support operations to determine the existing restaurant challenges and modify processes accordingly to resolve them.
• Team management: o Create dashboards to track productivity, progress, and other KPIs.
• Participate in building project strategy, roadmap planning and final execution for all restaurant related operations.
• Quality check and regular internal audits.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, by keeping them informed, helping them align their procedures with new changes in RO processes.
