Head of OTC/ Institutional Sales (Fintech/Cryptocurrency)
Our client is Africa s portal into the cryptoeconomy. They are building financial infrastructure a centralised crypto exchange; and a wallet, a lending platform, an NFT platform, and other products to fully bring Sub-Saharan Africa into the new world of decentralised finance, ownership, and creativity. With the backing of premier crypto investors and Silicon Valley VC firms, they are now approaching the introduction of their first products to their launch markets, which are Kenya and Nigeria. An empowered, dynamic, and knowledgeable research effort is core to their enterprise, because only with the most deep and thorough understanding of the evolving crypto, regulatory, and business landscape can they orchestrate the complete crypto-transformation of Africa.

Requirements
Our client seeks an ambitious, disciplined, and passionate Head of OTC to target financial institutions and people in the Dubai and Nairobi for transaction volume and flow through the OTC s desk. To succeed in this role, you would need significant experience in cryptocurrency, fintech and remittances. Strong experience within the Nigerian financial market with the ability to communicate aptly between major institutions in both Nairobi and Dubai, would be necessary.

Compensation:
A competitive and negotiable dollarized monthly salary
