Team Leader

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for material that has been shipped to a customer and then returned to P&G.
• Responsible for moving material to a staging area for further palletization or customization.
• Understands the technology in their area and can lead in troubleshooting as required. Orders and schedules trucks, international shipment containers and rail car deliveries to and from the plant.
• Responsible for delivering and removing finished product from a Packing area to a Warehouse.
• Responsible for the Production, Safety, Quality, Cost, delivery and Morale of the teams that work in the area of their responsibility.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate Finished Product Inventory in a Warehouse.
• Manually picks individual cases or layers of finished product.
• Receives orders required to load product on a truck for customer or distribution center shipment.
• Acts as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area in which they operate.
