• Conduct market research to understand the client’s needs and explain the benefits of our media advertising space
• Establish a strong partnership with current and prospective customers and keep them informed regularly about the new advertising opportunities
• Ability to absorb customer complaints and transform their experience into a positive one
• Offer 360 customer service before, during and after the campaign
• Work internally with the different teams and departments to ensure that agreed advertisements are carried in the right place and at the right time
• Follow up on contracts, payments and provide weekly lead generation updates of expected business
• Deliver quarterly sales report and sector analysis
• Reach out to potential clients to introduce Emaar media solutions
• Perform cold calling, lead generation, meetings to increase the chances of closing the deal
