Our client is a multinational automotive company based in Jebel Ali Free Zone. They are currently recruiting an Assistant Sales Manager having 5 years experience in sales of automobile(OEM) or parts to the Africa region. Knowledge of French will be an advantage. This role requires international travel.
Job Responsibilities
- Receiving inquiries of base vehicles and conversion and accessories
- All compliance check follow-related tasks
- Finalizing the specification & price offer with customer
- Sourcing prospective customers and connecting them with Manager.
- All the tasks related order-to-delivery by collaborating with sister companies while operating from Dubai.
- Collaborating with logistics team.
- Establishing relations with local distributors.
- Right product setting with Headquarters.
- Assisting in finding out requested SFX and arranging preparation and request for anew SFX.
- Assist right price setting and adjustment/discount by maintaining price lists and preparing price approval docs for SFX change etc.
- If required, price support negotiation with headquarters and internally (GM) .
- Promotional support to customers in collaboration with headquarters.
- Assisting in preparing monthly forecast and orders.
- Grey Market Analysis - on Pricing, on Specification, on Availability
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Completed Higher Education in Economics, Management, or Technical/Engineering
- Minimum of 5-year experience in product and pricing related job
- Fluent in English is essential, some level of French is an advantage
- Driving License Experience in sales, product and pricing in automotive sector
- Experience of dealing with a diverse group of customers/nationalities.
- High competence in Microsoft use (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
- Technical background or strong desire to learn technical side of automobile products
5 years experience in the sales and pricing of automobile and automotive parts for the internal market
