Design, implement and deliver our committed projects on-time using our defined agile processes.

Lead Oracle database upgrade design planning, design estimates and scripting development to support our planned Oracle 12c -> 19c upgrades.

Ensure our product is current with Oracle related patching

.

Proactively lead and mentor team in Oracle related performance tuning improvements

.

Testing and improving PL/SQL performance

.

Analyzing and improve our Oracle database partitioning, table consolidation.

.

Proactively participate in a cross-functional agile teams, working closely with other software developers, firmware developers, testers, Product Managers, documentation specialists, customer training specialists, customer support engineers, system verification engineers, and other functions.

.

Work with stakeholders and team members to clarify and define feature test acceptance criteria.

.

Actively participate in short daily standups, weekly story workshops, and other team activities.

.

Participate in code reviews and adhere to existing coding standards and development processes.

.

Work closely with your team to ensure we maximize the value and quality of the projects we deliver to our customers.

.

Work with the team to review and ensure new content has adequate automated test coverage.

.

Support a team-based approach to continuously deliver value to our customers, while focusing on individual technical excellence.

.

Capture and drive opportunities to improve our product back into product management which will improve customer satisfaction, the user experience, increase revenue and/or reduced product cost.
