• Leading project or program teams to deliver changes that result in business value.
• Project Management work includes planning and estimating the work of projects and leading execution, and communicating inside and outside the project. It also involves delivering to agreed project specifications (cost/resources, time, scope, quality), applying relevant practices and methods to accelerate and optimize project effectiveness and speed.
