Job Description
Responsibility:
• Should also have at least a basic understanding of these technical skills: o Automation o Collaboration o Data management o Reports and dashboards o CRM o AppExchange o Platform o Sales and marketing
• Understanding of agile scrum methodology/principles.
• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Personal characteristics
• Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills and should be able to interact independently and manage project stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Self-driven high performer with a good knowledge of IT concepts and terminologies
• Positive, collaborative, solution-oriented attitude with an attention to detail.
