• Provide full administrative support to the team and department.
• Publish vacancies utilising Taleo - Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Screen candidates in line with job profiles and job briefs provided.
• Provide shortlists of candidates to line managers as required.
• Liaise with Recruitment Agencies as required.
• Source candidates through available candidate databases.
• Organize candidate meetings and interviews.
• Assist in organizing skype interviews of overseas candidates.
• Send letter of intent documents out to successful candidates and advise confidently on full benefits package.
• Ensure candidates indicate acceptance / decline of letter of intent in a timely manner.
• Keep a record of all vacancies on tracker to ensure accurate reporting at all times.
• Keep an accurate record of candidates in the talent pool recommended for upcoming vacancies.
• Ensure all steps of the recruitment process are delivered in line with agreed SLA.
• Ensure effective implementation and administration of recruitment policies and processes in accordance with the company objectives and UAE legislation requirements.
• Adhere to Jumeirah’s Competencies and to promote them to colleagues and external candidates on a constant basis, always leading by example
• Communicate in a professional, positive, transparent and courteous manner at all times with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Handle confidential matters/ information with the appropriate level of sensitivity.
• Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by Management.
