To develop and conduct aviation trainings (Operations, HSSE, Fuel types, handling, QC, etc.) in accordance with the required standards (AOSM, JIG, IATA, ICAO) as per training management system, in order to ensure that all aviation staff are trained for their respective job profiles with no overdue trainings.
Support Sr. Technical Facilitator in development and implementation of all technical training related to Aviation Operations including the receipt, storage, handling and delivery of aviation products, use of related equipment s, safety and fire prevention, driving of fuelling vehicles and quality control.
Job Specific Accountabilities
Training Need Analysis
Support Senior Technical Facilitator in defining the training needs in consultation with the Aviation Operations Manager, VP Aviation and the Employee Development Department of Human Resources.
Prepares training and development plans for all categories of staff in the Aviation Operations Department.
Training design and delivery
Support to develop in-house trainings (including training material) for all aviation staff and keep these updated to the latest applicable standards.
Support to identify the training and competence requirements for all staff specific to their job profiles and competency matrix, in order to ensure all staff are well trained to carry out their job efficiently and safely as per required standards.
Deliver in-house trainings for all aviation staff including classroom sessions, theoretical assessments, practical training and assessment to ensure only competent staff are released for depot and refuelling operations.
Closely monitor training progress for new staff (trainees) for timely completion and ensure they are fully competent before releasing for independent operation.
Technical Consultancy & Services
Provide aviation fuelling related training support to aviation customers at airports.
Provide support to TSA customers for inspections, trainings, compliance, etc.as per the TSA agreement.
Others
Conduct site inspections and walk rounds to ensure compliance at aviation site and identify training and compliance gaps. Follow up to close these.
Maintain training records for all staff for audit purpose and planning the refresher trainings.
Provide feedback on training
Coordinate for new ADPs (Airport Driving Permits ) and renewals for the Trainees and existing employees
Requirements
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or relevant qualification
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
2-3 years of experience in a refuelling depot at an International Airport working with hydrant systems
Knowledge of learning techniques and experience in design and development of training programs
