Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a high-end interior design and architecture company in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Site Supervisor who will be responsible toeffectively supervise the sites, labor and equipment to achieve maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness.
-Experience in residential, F&B and hospitality executed projects
-Capability of reading and understanding all layouts perfectly and detecting any issue that might occur on site
-Following up with sub-contractors and suppliers on time schedules
-Make sure the sub-contractors and suppliers have all the required documents to achieve their work
-Have a good eye for luxury finishes and details
-Check list on site and make sure the daily scope is being achieved perfectly
-Daily report of the work progress on site to be sent to the senior designer
-Prepare a schedule for the work with full dates from start to handover
-Coordinate with the senior designer
-Ability to supervise the site from shell and core to joinery/ accessories and handover
Requirements
-Should own a personal vehicle
-Bachelors degree in interior design or related field.
-5+ years of experience of working with commercial, residential and hospitality projects.
-Excellent communication and technical skills
-Willing to travel regionally depending on the projects
-Must be able to cater the clients requirements in the given deadline
