• To arrive ahead of shift time in fresh uniform and grooming is up to hotel standard
• Reads all the notice boards, Daily Guest Status Report and be aware of functions and other events.
• To set – up and break down the coffee stations at the lobby, in the boardroom and at the back of the house.
• To ensure complete availability of supplies & materials and to inform superiors in advance of lack thereof.
• To maintain the glass wares & cutleries cleanliness.
• To maintain & ensure the cleanliness of the restaurants equipment’s such coffee machine, bread toasters, buffet holders, etc.
• To do periodic polishing of the silverwares
• To help the team during functions
• To fill up the fridge temperature checklist
• To ensure that all items in the fridge are labeled.
• To ensure cleanliness of the back of the house area before, during and after operations.
