Job Description
Mission Mission & Summary:
The Marketing and Events Executive s role is to support in designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company across all digital channels. Proficiency in online advertising, social media content management and knowledge of content creation is a must.
Responsible for creating and maintaining a community and following, engaging and interacting with followers, managing all social media channels, team members, campaigns to engage customers, and customer satisfaction. Their job role includes the creation of content that drives their brand and engages customers.
Responsible for organizing regular events and engagement initiatives across all KAIZEN Communities to maintain personalized relationships between KAIZEN and the end customer. He/She will be responsible for creation and implementation, and budget management of the KAIZEN Communities Yearly Events calendar.

SkillsSk Requirements:
-Events Coordination/Management Experience is a must.
- Social Media Experience is required.
-Based Locally, ability to drive around to visit different sites/communities.
