• Process all online procedures for governmental websites
• Send out notifications on documentation required to renew trade licences and complete surveys etc required by the government bodies at the time of licence renewals
• To proactively manage the timely renewal of employment visas and labour permits
• To maintain a database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the government database and HRIS when details change and ensure all colleagues receive at least 3 months ‘ notice of passport and visa expiry
• Manage the visa checklist as and when the rules on visa/labour change and provide guidance to the People team and colleagues accordingly
• To renew all company related licences prior to the expiry date
• Document all work processes and procedures thoroughly and accurately
• Submit detailed reports to the HR Manager and Finance Department related to visa expenses
• To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to, visit visa, employment or residence visa, car registration, trade licence, labour permits and contracts, export licence, economic licence, foreign licences, telecommunications and water / electrical licences are in line with governmental expectations and timeframes. Ensure all documentation required is accurate and complete
• Assist employees in renewing visas for immediate dependents
• To assist all sponsored staff ( and dependents where applicable ) with the medical appointment process in order for the visa process to run smoothly
• To assist in company errands when required
Full Time
