A- Understand the policies and procedures of the company for effective communication with the employees.
B- Ensure to capture personal data changes timely/accurately in HCM system.
C- Ensure Employee File remediation is done accurately and obtain necessary documents from employees where necessary.
D- Liaise with medical operations team and process medical card for employees and their dependents including cancellation of medical card for leavers
