• Own the performance monitoring and reporting processes at Careem and be a single point of contact for financial and operational performance reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to budgets through monitoring systems, dashboards and automated alerting mechanisms
• Act as the single point of contact for financial and operational performance, both historical and target-related, across all verticals and regions where Careem is present
• Create scorecards, measurement tools and KPIs to monitor performance, highlight trends and analyze drivers of variances vs budgets
• Design, create and facilitate monthly business reviews of Careem leadership team with mountain peaks and help identify focus areas for improvement
• Brainstorm and recommend KPIs to track companywide OKRs through dashboard creation, automated tools and processes (tableau, PBI, python, SQL)
• Create reports for the board for weekly / monthly/ annual meetings and support team on adhoc initiatives / special projects
