You will be updated with latest job alerts via email•Establishing one single document control point of contact through each project lifecycle.
•Organization, coordination and safety of all commercial and technical documents.
•Providing system reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems, distribution of documents, ensuring the accuracy of all documentation and regulatory procedures and changes are followed.
•Design and implement detailed work instruction to support the approved project procedures.
•May act as a document controller from time to time

Knowledge of MS Office software is essential.
Knowledge of electronic document control systems (Aconex) is preferred.
Experience of developing, implementing and managing document control procedures
Experience of setting up a document control centre (including equipment / facilities).
