You will collaborate with like-minded designers, engineers, and product managers to define product strategy and find inspiring ways to delight our users. You will be responsible for driving the vision for user experience and raising the bar of quality of design, proudly owning the end-to-end design execution, re-imagining the experience of pivotal moments in every touchpoint of the customers journey.

What Youll Do:
- Lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, content, brand, growth, and marketing.
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable products.
- Understand. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, contextual research, and so on, to improve the product and help other teams. You will also use various analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, Hotjar, etc.) to make informed decisions, document findings, and present the why behind all design decisions.
- We expect you to collaborate with various stakeholders showing different approaches (validate through wireframes, mockups, etc.), always with the goal to bring value to users.
- We need to deliver features to the market in a quick and seamless way. You will be the owner of the UX of the features of your design. Your work doesn t end when the feature is in production, you will need to review its success post-release and suggest improvements.
- You will take ownership of your work while delivering a consistent user experience across the product. You are 100% Autonomous.
Requirements
Waht Youll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in building and shipping applications or software at the level of whole features/products that encompass an end-to-end experience across a variety of platforms.
- Demonstrable design expertise on successfully launched projects, not just concepts -applications without relevant case studies or portfolio won t be taken under consideration.
- Interaction Design skills. Define how an experience should behave based on understanding peoples needs, plus consideration of how this innovation will scale. Experience using prototyping skills to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work.
- Visual Design skills. Proficiency in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, desktop/mobile UI, color, iconography, and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function.
- Data-obsession. Experience with qualitative and quantitative approaches to make well-informed decisions.
- Extremely organized, responsive, responsible, and accountable. You re the go-to person for your domain, you re enthusiastic about helping, and you always find a way to make things happen.
- Leadership. Experience presenting work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts, the research findings, and why decisions were made in a certain way.
