Operations Manager

• Work closely with our Head of launch to design and implement the launch strategy and adapt it to each market
• Be the launch owner for any new geography expansion
• Drive the execution of all city launch tasks to hit launch timelines including overseeing launch operations
• Manage several projects at a time, communicate and find solutions to all obstacles at all times
• Partner with legal and GR teams to support in securing all regulatory, permitting, and license approvals to operate in Quik markets
• Lead the setup of all functions for launch including Real Estate, Buildout, Commercial, and Operations
• Create and continuously iterate the launch playbook for each market
• Communicate and partner with various different internal and external stakeholders (including Real Estate team, Construction team, vendors)
