RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Lead team to achieve AOP targets
- Develop channel strategy and tools to optimize sales channels
- Work with global and regional teams to maximize supply chain and pricing
- Manage key customer relationship for long term growth
- Hire and develop good talents to build a strong pipeline
- Be responsible for regional P&L
- Lead cross functional to drive innovation projects
