IT Systems Analyst

Responsibility:
• Provide functional and development support to business for routine activities as well as issues that happen in production.
• Act as a single point of contact for all ERP Finance functional queries from senior/middle management and provide immediate clarifications/solutions on the system
• Gather, analyse requirements, perform impact analysis for business requirements and propose recommendation
• Plan testing and ensure full coverage, quality for every software release
• Manage critical incidents related to annual/monthly financial accounts closing/financial reconciliations, analyse issues and offer workarounds in a timely manner
• Maintain a configuration baseline environment which can be used to validate production issues
• Ensure adequate health checks are setup to measure system stability
