• Prepare Dealer Service Operations Processes to optimize product support fulfillment to the benefit of the Dealer and end users (financial, turn around time, quality of work improvement and overall increased satisfaction of end user expectations with Caterpillar product support).
• Conduct dealer SOS Services Standardization laboratory and program assessments by extensively analyzing the 'as is' condition and building project and work plans to move dealers to achieve SOS Standardization.
• Work independently on projects to ensure successful progress and project completion.
• Extended self-supervised and managed trips to Caterpillar Dealer and corporate locations across Asia Pacific to provide expert SOS Service Operations analysis and consultation.
• Provide similar support remotely from a home base and / or local Caterpillar office.
• Administer and deliver SOS Services Interpretation Training to Dealer and Internal Cat employees.
• Deliver SOS Training as a part of the Condition Monitoring Boot Camps
• Manage and update SOS Interpretation Training material, help documentation, and case studies.
• Estimated travel up to 25%, both domestic and international.
