Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for the GBS Hire-to-retire operational tasks
- Responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for monitoring, and reporting the performance for GBS Hire-to-retire function
- Get involved in process design activity, ensuring adherence to standard processes.
- Ensure that all confidentiality policies and data management rules are followed in the team.
- Planning of current and special projects within the region
- Strong Coordination with all stakeholders in the organization
