•Managing employee relations.
•Administering company policies.
•Assisting with the sourcing, screening, and hiring of store personnel.
•Develop recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried positions.
•Interview, select, and hire candidates, while also working to promote, retain, Recruit and attract top performers at all levels of the organization.
•Facilitating employee orientation and training programs.
•Serving as exemplary company representative in community associations and functions.
•Consult with local, divisional, and leadership on a variety of HR and business-related issues on both strategic and operational levels.
•Ensure all HR initiatives and goals are met in accordance with corporate and region objectives.
•Drive cultural initiatives that focus on engaging employees and increasing employee engagement.
•Counsel, advise and train on performance-based issues including corrective action plans, grievances and terminations.
•Investigate employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and recommend appropriate action in a timely manner.
•Oversee the areas of employment, affirmative action, employee benefits, compensation, performance appraisal programs, personnel record keeping, unemployment claims and employee relations, labor relations and training.
•Identify and determine training needs.
•Provide employee relations counseling and problem solving for managers and employees, to ensure a productive work environment, remaining consistent with company values and policies and in adherence regulatory law
